Cancellations & Rescheduling 

  • We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled time will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
  • By booking an appointment with us you are agreeing to the terms of our cancellation policy.

No-Shows 

  • If you fail to attend your appointment without any notice, you will be charged 100% of the service fee to the card on file, if no card is on file the fee will be charged at your next appointment.

Repeat Offenders

  • If you fail to attend your appointment without any notice 3 times, you will be removed from making future bookings online and will be required to pay 100% of the service fee upon booking your appointment via phone, social media or in person. 

Card on File 

  • By booking with us, you agree to provide a valid credit/debit card which is securely stored.
  • No charges will be made unless:
    • You cancel late, or
    • You fail to show up without notice.
  • Your information is securely stored in accordance with PCI DSS compliance and privacy regulations.

Exceptions 

  • We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we may waive fees at our discretion.
